An opportunity exists for an energetic and progressive individual to join our dedicated and committed team in Kalgoorlie. The Association is looking for a dynamic leader who possesses the ability to adapt to the changing requirements of the sector in which it operates. The position of Chief Executive Officer requires you to have experience at senior management level and, ideally, you will have previously worked in or with a similar organisation and can demonstrate a positive and contemporary attitude towards people with disabilities and the delivery of quality services.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with previous experience in the disability/human services sector. Knowledge of the NDIS will be highly regarded. You will need to demonstrate your ability to provide effective leadership and support to the Operations area to ensure the people we support are able to live safe, healthy and comfortable lives within a high quality person centred framework. Provide leadership and direction on all operational outcomes as per the Strategic Plan, understand current service delivery industry trends and implement best practice.
